Policies

Returns. 

If a problem arises with your purchase you must contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work with you to make sure it is right.  Tonewood must not be altered from original form from initial purchase.  All returns must be approved by Maritime Tonewood before shipment is returned and/or credited back. 

Payment Methods.

  • Prices on site are in Canadian dollar.

  • Paypal only for international orders.  For Canadian orders, payments can be made via Paypal or e-transfer.

  • All international sales: duties, taxes, and all other associated fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
